ANY CORRECTIONS OR CHANGES MUST BE E-MAILED to Karen Perkins at karen.perkins@charter.net before 4pm Tuesday, July 5th. IF IT SAYS YES, AND YOUR CHILD CHOOSES NOT TO SWIM, YOU WILL BE FINED $25. IF YOU SAY NO, THEN YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ENTERED INTO CHAMPIONSHIPS OR CLASSICS EVEN IF THEY HAVE A QUALIFYING TIME!
The only way to get out of paying the fine is if your child is sick and you have a doctor's note.
