To be a member of Gower Swim Team, your child, provided the child's age at
the end of the day on May 31st does not exceed 18 years, is eligible to be part
of the team. Your pool dues must be paid in full. A swim team application must
be filled out and returned to one of the Swim Team Moms with a check for the full
amount of registration, along with a copy of your child's birth certificate if
not already on file with the team.
Please make note that if you have not yet registered your swimmer for swim team,
you have several options. Registration forms and handbooks are available on the
porches of Alecia Elrod and Cheryl Swenson. Alecia's address is 18 West Seven
Oaks Drive, 29605 and Cheryl's address is 1807 Cleveland Street Extension, 29607.
Completed forms can be placed in the blue tub in the manila envelope or mailed
to Cheryl Swenson.

Gower Swim Team Registration Forms for 2009 are all listed below. There are
(9) nine forms that are required for registration which includes your Volunteer
Form. Please see details about due dates and late fees in the first paragraph.
Please make sure to attach your completed fee sheet and a check.
