Become a Team Member

To be a member of Gower Swim Team, your child, provided the child's age at the end of the day on May 31st does not exceed 18 years, is eligible to be part of the team. Your pool dues must be paid in full. A swim team application must be filled out and returned to one of the Swim Team Moms with a check for the full amount of registration, along with a copy of your child's birth certificate if not already on file with the team.

2011 Forms for Registration for Swim Team are below. Please note... all of these forms are required for Swim Team registration with the exception of the swim suit order form. For Guppy swimmers note which ones are required for you.

Gower Registration Form (one per family for both Big Swim Team and Guppy)
Intent to Swim (Guppies not needed)
Code of Conduct (Guppies not needed)
Swim Suit Order Form (Only if needed and Guppies optional)
SAIL Registration and Medical Release Form (Both Big Swim Team and Guppy)
Gower Fee Sheet (Both Big Swim Team and Guppy)

If you do not need to order a suit this year you can drop off and pick up forms at Amy Rogers home at 532 Pimlico Road. There will be a blue box located on her front porch or you can download forms on the website and drop by her home as well.

It is important that if you are swimming guppies or big swim team for the first time, you will need to include a copy of your birth certificate with your registration forms.
